Who Can Register?

You can create a UR account if you meet the following requirements:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have a valid government-issued identity document

  • You do not reside in an unsupported country or territory

  • You do not hold a restricted nationality

  • You are not classified as a U.S. Person

These requirements help us maintain a secure, compliant, and trusted platform for all users. Eligibility criteria may be updated in line with regulatory changes.

 

One-Account Policy

To ensure a secure and smooth experience for all users, UR maintains a strict one-account policy. Each individual is allowed to register only one UR account. If multiple accounts are created by the same user, any additional or duplicate registrations will be automatically declined.

This policy helps us protect your account, prevent misuse, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

How to Register UR Account?

Step 1: Launch UR on Web or App
To get started, visit the official UR website or download the UR app on your mobile device. You can access UR through the following official platforms:
Step 2: Register Using Your Preferred Method
You can create your UR account using one of the following sign-up options. Please note that once selected, your login method cannot be changed later.
  • Google Account: Sign up instantly using your Google account. No additional verification is required, simply log in with your Google credentials and you're ready to go.
  • Email Address: Register with your email address. Each time you log in, a verification code will be sent to your inbox. Enter the code to securely access your UR account.
  • Apple ID (available on Apple devices only): Sign up seamlessly with your Apple ID. To complete registration, you must select Share My Email during the sign-up process.
Step 3: You're Onboard 🎉
Once registration is complete, your UR account will be created and ready for the next steps. You can proceed to verify your identity and start exploring UR's features.

 

FAQ — Registration and Account

Do I need to complete KYC to use my UR account?
Yes. KYC verification is required to activate your account and access UR’s full range of services. However, your on-chain crypto wallet remains available even if you haven’t completed KYC.
Can I register multiple UR accounts?
No. UR follows a strict one-account policy for security and compliance purposes. Any duplicate registrations will be automatically declined.
I didn’t receive my email verification code. What should I do?
Please try the following steps:
  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Tap Resend Code or try logging in again to trigger a new verification code.
  • Ensure your inbox isn’t full and that your email service is working normally.
  • If you’re using Gmail, you can also log in using your Google account for a smoother experience.
Can I change my login method after creating my account?
At the moment, login methods (Google or email) cannot be changed after registration. Please choose the method that best suits your needs when signing up.
Is registration free?
Yes. Creating a UR account is completely free.
