UR Membership gives you the flexibility to choose the plan that best fits your needs. There are two tiers available: Basic and Pro. Both tiers come with generous limits and access to UR's core products, but Pro members enjoy better fees, exclusive perks and full product access, including a unique Pro card design for the UR Debit Card.

UR does not charge fees for crypto deposits. However, the platform or wallet you use to send tokens may charge a withdrawal fee.
Gas fees for crypto withdrawals are determined by the blockchain network, not UR. These fees can vary depending on network activity.
Crypto Off-ramp is the process of converting your crypto tokens into fiat balances within your UR account.
UR does not charge fees for bank transfer requests, but your bank may apply cross-border transaction fees. We recommend checking with your bank for details.
Membership Pricing
Basic Membership: Free and available to all verified UR accounts.
Pro Membership: $12 per month (all accounts are automatically upgraded to Pro, and the membership fee is waived until further notice).
For your security: UR will only contact you from official @ur.app email addresses or through in-app notifications. We will never ask for your password, private keys, or any sensitive credentials via email. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from UR, please do not respond and contact our support team immediately.
