A Capital Payment Account (also known as Kapitaleinzahlungskonto) is a special purpose account for Swiss company formation. It allows founders to deposit the required share capital before the business entity is registered with the Swiss Commercial Registry. UR provides this service through SR Saphirstein AG.
This account is only applicable for company formation in Switzerland. If your company is already incorporated and you need an operational bank account, you can open a Corporate Account with us.
