UR offers Corporate Accounts for your company's operational needs. The UR Corporate Account is designed for managing your company's own funds: receiving business revenue, running payroll, paying suppliers and vendors, and managing treasury across fiat currencies and digital assets.
Eligibility
If you plan to open a UR Corporate Account for your company, your entity must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
Operational company, i.e. not a domiciliary or shell company
Not in a restricted industry, e.g. gambling, adult content, sanctioned sectors
Controlling person(s) and shareholder(s) are not sanctioned, politically exposed persons (PEPs), or U.S. persons
Domiciled or incorporated in Switzerland, Singapore, or Hong Kong (we may expand to more countries)
In addition, the Corporate Account is not intended for holding funds on behalf of your customers or other third parties. If your business needs involve holding client funds or serving your own end users, contact us at corporate@ur.app and we will explore whether there are any alternatives.
