If you plan to open a UR Personal Account, you must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
You are at least 18 years of age,
You hold a valid government-issued identity document,
You are not domiciled in an unsupported country or territory,
You do not hold a restricted nationality,
You are not classified as a U.S. Person.
These eligibility requirements help us comply with applicable compliance obligations while maintaining a secure and trusted platform for all users. Eligibility requirements may be updated from time to time in accordance with applicable regulations.
One Account Policy
UR maintains a strict One Account Policy to help ensure a secure, compliant, and trusted platform for all users. Each individual may register and maintain only one UR Personal Account. Any attempt to create an additional or duplicate account will be declined. This includes, but is not limited to:
Registering multiple accounts using the same identity.
Registering multiple accounts using the same email address.

- UR does not charge fees for bank transfer requests. However, your bank or intermediary financial institution may apply transfer or cross-border transaction fees. We recommend checking with your financial institution for details.
- UR does not charge fees for digital asset deposits. However, your wallet provider or originating platform may charge network or transaction fees.
- Network (gas) fees apply to digital asset withdrawals. These fees are determined by the underlying blockchain network and may vary depending on network conditions at the time of the transaction.
Personal Account Application Process
Step 1: Access UR

Step 2: Choose Your Sign-In Method
You can register for a UR Personal Account using one of the following sign-in methods. Please note that your chosen sign-in method cannot be changed after registration.

Sign in using your Google Account to create your UR account. |
Email
Sign in using your email address. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email address each time you sign in. |
Apple ID
Sign in using your Apple ID. During registration, please select Share My Email to ensure your account can be created successfully. Available for Apple mobile devices only. |
Step 3: Complete Registration
Once your registration is complete, your UR Personal Account will be created.
To access all available features and services, you will need to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification.

Is registration free?
Yes. Registration is free for all personal account users.
Do I need to complete KYC to use my UR account?
Yes. You are required to complete KYC verification to gain full access to your UR account.
Can I register multiple UR accounts?
No. UR follows a strict One Account Policy for security and compliance. Duplicate registrations will be declined automatically.
Can I change my login method after creating my account?
At the moment, login methods (Google or email) cannot be changed after registration. Please choose the method that best suits your needs when signing up.
Can I register while travelling or living abroad?
We recommend registering and completing identity verification (KYC) while you are at your home address. This helps ensure that we can accurately verify your location as part of our compliance requirements.
For your security: UR will only contact you from official @ur.app email addresses or through in-app notifications. We will never ask for your password, private keys, or any sensitive credentials via email. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from UR, please do not respond and contact our support team immediately.
