UR FX Conversion allows you to easily exchange between supported fiat currencies within your account. Whether you're managing funds across different currencies or preparing for transactions, you can convert your balance quickly and conveniently in just a few steps.

Conversions are typically processed instantly, with the converted funds available for use immediately, so you can continue with your transactions without delay.

 

How to Convert Fiat Currencies on UR

Please review the exchange rate carefully before confirming your conversion. Once completed, all conversions are final and cannot be reversed.
UR App

Step 1: Log in to the UR App Platform
Download the UR App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Log in using your registered account credentials, such as your email address, Google account, or Apple ID (Apple devices only).

Step 2: Start an FX Conversion
Once logged in, tap Convert and select Convert Currency. Choose the fiat currencies you want to convert and enter the amount.

Step 3: Review and Confirm
Check the details of your request carefully, including the amount, selected currencies, and exchange rate. Proceed only when everything looks correct.

Step 4: Conversion Completed
Your conversion will be processed instantly. The converted funds will be credited to your account within 10–15 seconds and will be available for immediate use.

UR Web

Step 1: Log in to the UR Web Platform
Go to https://get.ur.app/login and sign in using your registered account (email address or Google account).

Step 2: Start an FX Conversion
Once logged in, click Convert and select FX. Choose the fiat currencies you want to convert and enter the amount.

Step 3: Review and Confirm
Check the details of your request carefully, including the amount, selected currencies, and exchange rate. Proceed only when everything looks correct.

Step 4: Conversion Completed
Your conversion will be processed instantly. The converted funds will be credited to your account within 10–15 seconds and will be available for immediate use.

 

FAQ — FX Conversion

What are the minimum and maximum FX conversion amounts?
The minimum amount you can convert is $5 or equivalent in other currencies, while the maximum amount you can convert depends on the available amount of your monthly transaction limit.
Which currencies can I convert?
You can convert between any of UR's supported fiat currencies (i.e. USD, EUR, CHF, CNH, SGD, HKD, JPY).
How long does an FX conversion take?
FX conversions are typically completed instantly. Once confirmed, the converted funds will be available for use immediately.
Can I convert fiat to digital assets?
