FAQ — Onchain Digital Asset Deposit and Withdrawal
What are On-Ramp and Off-Ramp?
On-ramp refers to the process of buying digital assets using fiat currencies, while off-ramp refers to converting digital assets back into fiat currencies.
How to deposit or withdraw digital assets on UR?
You can refer to these detailed guides for digital asset deposits and withdrawals: How-to: Digital Assets (Deposit, Withdrawal, Onramp, Offramp) .
Is there a minimum or maximum limit for onchain transactions?
UR does not set any minimum or maximum limits for onchain deposits or withdrawals. However, please note that the applicable limits are determined by the blockchain network itself.
Can I cancel or reverse my onchain transactions?
Unfortunately, once an onchain transaction has been submitted and confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be canceled or reversed. We recommend double-checking the details (such as the wallet address and amount) before proceeding to ensure everything is correct.
I submitted a withdrawal request but haven't received my digital assets. Why?
If your withdrawal is still pending, it may be due to blockchain network confirmation times, which can vary depending on network activity. Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your digital assets will be credited to the destination wallet. If you still haven't received your digital assets after confirmation, please contact the support team of the destination platform for further assistance.
I deposited an unsupported digital asset or used an unsupported network. What should I do?
Please refer to How-to: Digital Assets (Deposit, Withdrawal, Onramp, Offramp) for our asset recovery guide.
How do I earn rewards for holding USDe?
You can earn rewards by holding USDe in your account. For more information, please refer to Hold and Earn USDe Rewards .
Can I have the private keys to my UR Wallet?
UR Wallet is an embedded non-custodial wallet. Your private key and seed phrase aren't displayed because your wallet is securely linked to your login, making it easier to use and recover without worrying about storing keys. This way, you keep ownership of your assets while enjoying a simple and safe experience.
Common Reasons Why an Onchain Transaction May Fail
If your onchain transaction doesn't go through, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- You're trying to send or receive an unsupported digital asset.
- You're using an unsupported blockchain network.
- The destination wallet address entered is incorrect.
- You've reached your daily or monthly account limit on UR.
- Your wallet balance isn't sufficient to cover gas fees.
- The blockchain network is congested or temporarily unavailable.
