Fees Explained
| Transaction Type | Basic | Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Bank Transfer (SEPA, SWIFT) | Not Available | No Fee |
| USD Payout (IBAN) | 50 USD per transaction |
⚠️ Important Notes:
- UR does not charge any processing fees for successful fiat deposits or payouts. However, your bank may apply cross-border transaction fees. We recommend checking with your bank for more details.
- A processing fee of €10 or ₣10 applies to invalid deposits or payouts. For more information, please refer to the Invalid Fiat Deposit and Payout section.
- USD payouts are subject to a flat $50 processing fee per transaction, which will be deducted from the payout amount. For example, if you submit a payout of $1,000, you will receive $950.
- Additional fees may be charged by intermediary or destination banks during the transfer process. As a result, the final amount credited to your account may be lower than the expected amount.
Fiat Deposit and Payout Processing Time
Here's what to expect for your fiat deposits and payouts on UR:
-
Fiat Deposit:
- Arrival time depends on your bank's transfer processing. UR will credit the deposit to your account within 1-2 business days after receiving the funds from your bank.
-
Fiat Payout:
- Before 15:00 CET - Payout will be processed and sent to your bank on the same business day
- After 15:00 CET - Payout will be processed on the next business day. The arrival of funds depends on your bank's processing speed, with most payouts credited within 1–2 business days.
Note: Bank transfers may take longer during peak periods, cross-border transactions, or if additional checks are required by your bank.
Invalid Fiat Deposit and Payout
UR carefully reviews all fiat deposits and payouts to ensure compliance and account accuracy. Transactions that don't meet the required criteria may be considered invalid and subject to returns or fees.
Invalid Deposits
A fiat deposit is considered invalid if it is received with incorrect or mismatched details — for example, if the sender's name does not match the registered UR account name, or if the transfer reference or currency is incorrect. Invalid deposits will be returned to the sender's account and will incur a processing fee of:
€10 for each invalid EUR deposit
₣10 for each invalid CHF deposit
To avoid delays or fees, always ensure your deposit details match exactly, and transfer funds from a same-name bank account only.
Invalid Payouts
All payout requests are reviewed for compliance before processing. A payout will be considered invalid if the provided recipient details do not match the information held by the recipient's bank (e.g., name, address, or account number). Invalid payouts will be rejected, and the funds will remain safely in your UR account.
Even valid payouts may occasionally be rejected by the recipient bank. In such cases, a processing fee applies to cover reconciliation and handling costs:
€10 for each invalid EUR payout
₣10 for each invalid CHF payout
No penalty for invalid USD payout (until further notice)
Returned payout funds will be credited back to your UR account once the destination bank completes its review. Please note that additional processing time may be required if UR needs to manually verify the transaction.
