Your UR Mastercard Debit Card is designed to give you complete control and peace of mind wherever you go. From managing your spending preferences to keeping your card secure, everything can be done right inside the UR App or Web.

Freezing Your UR Card
If you ever notice an unfamiliar transaction, lose your card-linked device, or simply want to pause spending for a while, you can freeze your UR Mastercard Debit Card instantly. Freezing your card temporarily disables all transactions, keeping your funds safe while you review your account or take a break from using it.
UR App
Step 1: Launch the UR App and log in
After logging in, go to the Card menu and tap the
Settings icon in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Freeze your card
Scroll to the bottom and tap Freeze Card.
Step 3: All done!
Your card will be frozen instantly, keeping your card safe and preventing
any unauthorized transactions.
UR Web
Step 1: Launch UR Web and log in
After logging in, go to the Card menu and click
the
Settings icon. Alternatively, you can click
Card Settings
from the top-right menu.
Step 2: Freeze your card
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Freeze Card.
Step 3: All done!
Your card will be frozen instantly, keeping your card safe and preventing
any unauthorized transactions.
Unfreezing Your UR Card
When you're ready to start using your card again, you can unfreeze your UR Mastercard Debit Card in just a few taps. Once unfreezed, your card will be active immediately and ready for all purchases, withdrawals, and digital wallet payments.
Unfreezing your card restores full functionality, allowing you to get back to spending with confidence—while still keeping full control of your card security anytime you need it.
UR App
Step 1: Launch the UR App and log in
After logging in, go to the Card menu and tap the
Settings icon in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Unfreeze your card
Scroll to the bottom and tap Unfreeze Card.
Step 3: All done!
All set! Your card is active again and ready for your next purchase.
UR Web
Step 1: Launch UR Web and log in
After logging in, go to the Card menu and click
the
Settings icon. Alternatively, you can click
Card Settings
from the top-right menu.
Step 2: Unfreeze your card
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select
Unfreeze Card.
Step 3: All done!
All set! Your card is active again and ready for your next purchase.
Managing Your Connected Device
Your connected devices are the phones or tablets that you've linked to your UR Mastercard Debit Card for digital payments, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Managing your connected devices helps you keep your account secure and ensures only your trusted devices have access to your card.
If your device has been lost, replaced, or is no longer in use, we recommend removing it from your connected device list immediately. This prevents any potential unauthorized access and keeps your digital payments safe.
You can easily view or remove connected devices anytime through Card Settings in the UR App or on UR Web.
UR App
Step 1: Launch the UR App and log in
After logging in, go to the Card menu and tap the
Settings icon in the top-right corner.
Step 2: View and remove connected devices
Scroll to the bottom and tap Connected Devices.
Select
the device you’d like to remove.
Step 3: All done!
The device will be removed immediately, and your UR card will be
deactivated
from that device for added security.
UR Web
Step 1: Launch UR Web and log in
After logging in, go to the Card menu and click
the
Settings icon in the top-right corner. Alternatively,
you can access
Card Settings
directly from the top-right menu.
Step 2: View and remove connected devices
Scroll to the bottom and click Connected Devices.
Select
the device you’d like to remove.
Step 3: All done!
The device will be removed immediately, and your UR card will be
deactivated
from that device to help keep your account secure.
Enabled Currencies
Enabled Currencies let you decide which fiat currencies you want your card to spend from directly. When you enable a currency, payments made in that currency will be deducted straight from its balance—no conversion needed.
You can also enable USDe as part of your Enabled Currencies. When your USD balance is insufficient to complete a payment, your USDe balance will automatically be used instead — making your transactions seamless and uninterrupted.
UR App
Step 1: Launch the UR App and log in
After logging in, go to the Card menu and tap the
Settings icon in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Configure your Enabled Currencies
From the list of supported fiat currencies, toggle on or off the
ones
you’d like to enable as Enabled Currencies for your
card spending.
Step 3: All done!
Your changes will take effect immediately, giving you full control
over
which currencies your card can spend from directly.
UR Web
Step 1: Launch UR Web and log in
After logging in, go to the Card menu and click
the
Settings icon in the top-right corner. Alternatively,
you can access
Card Settings
directly from the top-right menu.
Step 2: Configure your Enabled Currencies
From the list of supported fiat currencies, enable or disable the
currencies
you’d like to authorize for card spending.
Step 3: All done!
Your updates will apply instantly, ensuring your card uses the currencies
you’ve approved for future payments.
For your security: UR will only contact you from official @ur.app email addresses or through in-app notifications. We will never ask for your password, private keys, or any sensitive credentials via email. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from UR, please do not respond and contact our support team immediately.
