How can I find my URID?
You can find your URID easily on both the UR App and UR Web. On the UR App, go to your Account page by tapping the icon in the bottom-right corner — your URID will be displayed there. On UR Web, click Profile in the top menu to view your URID on your account page.
Can I login with biometric on UR App?
Yes, you can log in to the UR App using biometrics for quicker and more secure access. Go to your Account page by tapping the icon in the bottom-right corner, then select Account Settings. From there, you can enable Face ID (facial recognition) or Touch ID (fingerprint) login, depending on your device's supported features.
How can I view my account information?
You can easily view your account information — including your full name, address, IBAN, and membership tier — on both the UR App and UR Web.
UR App, go to your Profile page by tapping the icon in the bottom-right corner, then select Account Details.
UR Web, click Profile in the top menu to view your account details.
How to change registered email address?
Changing your email is currently not possible — even our support team is unable to update it manually. This feature is under development and will be available in a future release.
For your security: UR will only contact you from official @ur.app email addresses or through in-app notifications. We will never ask for your password, private keys, or any sensitive credentials via email. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from UR, please do not respond and contact our support team immediately.
