How to Close Your UR Account?
Before closing your account, please make sure that all fiat balances and digital assets have been fully withdrawn, and that there are no pending transactions. This includes any ongoing deposits, withdrawals, or card settlements.
Once everything has been completed, you can proceed with your account closure request. Please also take note of the following important points:
- You will no longer be able to access your UR account once it has been closed.
- You will not be able to register a new UR account using the same credentials.
- Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
- Your account data will be retained and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Step 1: Log in to Your UR Account
Sign in to your account via the UR Web Platform or the UR App using your registered credentials.
Step 2: Request Account Closure
Once logged in, go to Settings then locate the Close Account option and select it. You will be asked to request and enter a verification code to confirm your request.
Step 3: Account Deactivation
After confirmation, your account will be deactivated and closed immediately. You will no longer be able to access your account once it has been closed.

Can I reopen my account after closing it?
No, once your UR account has been closed, it cannot be reopened.
Will I lose my remaining balance after closing my account?
Yes. Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to any remaining funds. Please withdraw your balance before proceeding.
How long does it take to close my account?
Your account will be closed immediately after you confirm the closure request.
What happens to my transaction history after account closure?
You will no longer be able to access your account or transaction history after closure. We recommend downloading or saving any important records beforehand.
What if I have a pending refund or incoming transfer?
We recommend waiting until all refunds or incoming funds have been fully processed before closing your account. Any funds received after closure may not be credited.
For your security: UR will only contact you from official @ur.app email addresses or through in-app notifications. We will never ask for your password, private keys, or any sensitive credentials via email. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from UR, please do not respond and contact our support team immediately.
