Step 1: Log in to the UR Web Platform

Visit UR's official website at https://ur.app/ and open the web platform. Log in using your registered account credentials, such as your email address, or Google account.

Step 2: Retrieve Your Deposit Information

After logging in, click Deposit and select Bank Transfer. Your unique IBAN and deposit details will be displayed.

Step 3: Initiate a Bank Transfer

Copy the deposit details provided on UR and enter them into your sending bank's platform to initiate the transfer.

Please ensure that the bank account you are transferring from is under the same name as your UR account. Transfers from third-party or different-name accounts will be considered invalid and may be returned, subject to a penalty fee.

Step 4: Review and Confirm

Carefully review all transfer details, including the amount and recipient information. Proceed only after confirming that everything is accurate.

Step 5: Transfer Completed

Once your bank processes the transfer, UR will credit the funds to your account within 1–2 business days after the funds are received. Please note that processing times may be longer during public holidays or peak periods.

• Withdrawal amount (minimum of €10 for EUR/CHF Payout, or $100 for USD Payout)
• Recipient bank account details

Step 3: Review and Confirm

Carefully review all payout details, including the withdrawal amount and recipient information. Proceed only after confirming that all information is correct.

Step 4: Transfer Completed

If your request is submitted before 15:00 CET, it will be processed on the same business day. Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Funds typically arrive in the recipient's bank account within 1–2 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during public holidays or peak periods.
