FAQ — Digital Asset Wallet
Is there a minimum or maximum limit for onchain transactions?
UR does not set any minimum or maximum limits for onchain deposits or withdrawals. However, the applicable limits are determined by the blockchain network itself.
Can I cancel or reverse my onchain transactions?
No. Once an onchain transaction has been submitted and confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be canceled or reversed.
Before submitting your transaction, we recommend reviewing the recipient wallet address, blockchain network, and transaction amount carefully to ensure the details are correct.
I submitted a withdrawal request but haven't received my digital assets. Why?
If your withdrawal is still pending, it may be waiting for confirmation on the blockchain network. Confirmation times vary depending on network activity and congestion.
Once the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain, your digital assets will be delivered to the destination wallet.
If the transaction has already been confirmed but you still have not received your digital assets, please contact the support team of the destination platform or wallet provider for further assistance.
Can I have the private keys to my UR Wallet?
No. UR Wallet is an embedded non-custodial wallet.
Your private key and seed phrase are not displayed because your wallet is securely linked to your chosen authentication method (such as your Google Account or email address). This allows you to securely access and recover your wallet without managing or storing private keys yourself.
You retain ownership of your digital assets while benefiting from a simpler and more secure wallet experience.
Common Reasons Why an Onchain Transaction May Fail
If your onchain transaction is unsuccessful, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
You're trying to send or receive an unsupported digital asset.
You're using an unsupported blockchain network.
The destination wallet address entered is incorrect.
You've reached your daily or monthly account limits on UR.
Your wallet balance is insufficient to cover the required blockchain network (gas) fees.
The blockchain network is congested or temporarily unavailable.
For your security: UR will only contact you from official @ur.app email addresses or through in-app notifications. We will never ask for your password, private keys, or any sensitive credentials via email. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from UR, please do not respond and contact our support team immediately.
