UR Personal Account Settings

Go to the UR Web Login page and select Continue with Google. A Google sign-in window will appear, allowing you to choose the Google Account you would like to use.

Once your identity is successfully authenticated, you will be signed in to your UR account.

Open your UR App and tap Continue with Google. A Google sign-in window will appear, allowing you to choose the Google Account you would like to use.

Go to the UR Web Login page and select Continue with Email. Enter your email address, then enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email address.

Before you can sign in with biometric authentication, you must first sign in to the UR App using your Google Account, email address, or a passkey. You can then enable biometric authentication by following these steps:

1. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
2. Select Security & Access.
3. Enable Face ID (facial recognition) or Touch ID (fingerprint authentication), depending on the biometric authentication method supported by your device.

Once biometric authentication is enabled, you can sign in to the UR App using your device's biometric authentication without entering your sign-in credentials each time.

1. Sign in to your UR account at UR Web Login page.
2. Hover on the menu icon at the top-right corner of the page, select Security & Access.
3. Under the Passkeys section, click Add Passkey and choose where you would like to save your passkey.
4. Once your passkey has been added, you can use it to sign in to your UR account.

To remove a saved passkey, click the trash icon next to the passkey you want to delete.

2. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom-right corner of the page, select Security & Access.
3. Under the Passkeys section, tap Add Passkey and choose where you would like to save your passkey.
4. Once added, you can sign in with the passkey moving forward.

3. Under the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section, click Add to enable two-factor authentication for your UR account.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your authenticator app.
5. Once setup is complete, two-factor authentication (2FA) will be enabled for your UR account.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your authenticator app.

Sign in to your UR account through the UR Web Login page. Your UR ID is displayed when you hover over the menu icon at the top-right corner of the page.

Alternatively, you can view your UR ID on the Profile page.

2. Enter your recovery email address, then enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your recovery email address.
3. Once you have successfully signed in, you will be prompted to update your primary email address.

After updating your primary email address, we recommend reviewing your account settings and taking any necessary steps to keep your account secure.

2. Enter your recovery email address, then enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your recovery email address.
3. Once you have successfully signed in, you will be prompted to update your primary email address.
