Go to the UR Web Login page and select Continue with Google. A Google sign-in window will appear, allowing you to choose the Google Account you would like to use. Once your identity is successfully authenticated, you will be signed in to your UR account. |

Sign in with Email Address

Sign in with a Passkey

Sign in with Biometric Authentication (UR App Only)

Before you can sign in with biometric authentication, you must first sign in to the UR App using your Google Account, email address, or a passkey. You can then enable biometric authentication by following these steps:
Once biometric authentication is enabled, you can sign in to the UR App using your device's biometric authentication without entering your sign-in credentials each time. |
Manage Your Passkeys
Passkeys provide a secure and convenient way to sign in your UR account without requiring you to key in passwords manually.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) provides an additional layer of security for your UR account by requiring a verification code from your authenticator app each time you sign in. For enhanced protection, you can also set up a 6-digit PIN to secure access to your account.

Reset Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If you no longer have access to your authenticator app or the device used for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), you can request to reset your 2FA settings. To protect your account, we may require additional identity verification before processing your request.

Account Information
Find Your UR ID
Your UR ID is the unique identifier for your UR account. It also serves as your NFT ID on the Mantle Network, providing a unique on-chain identity associated with your account.

Sign in to your UR account through the UR Web Login page. Your UR ID is displayed when you hover over the menu icon at the top-right corner of the page. Alternatively, you can view your UR ID on the Profile page. |

Open the UR App and sign in to your UR account. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen to view your UR ID. Alternatively, you can find your UR ID under Account Details. |
View Your Account Information
Your account information includes your verified personal details, registered address, Swiss IBAN, and wallet addresses associated with your UR account.

Download Your Account Statement
You can download your account statement at any time from the UR App or UR Web for your personal records and reconciliation.

Change Your Primary Email Address
Your primary email address is used for signing in, account notifications, and security-related communications. You can update it at any time.

Add a Recovery Email Address
A recovery email address provides an additional way to regain access to your UR account if you lose access to your primary email address.
To protect your account, you will be required to complete a face liveness verification when adding or updating your recovery email address.

For your security: UR will only contact you from official @ur.app email addresses or through in-app notifications. We will never ask for your password, private keys, or any sensitive credentials via email. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from UR, please do not respond and contact our support team immediately.
