How to Find Your UR ID
Your UR ID is your unique account identifier on UR.
- UR App: Tap the Profile icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen to open your account page. Your UR ID will be displayed there.
- UR Web: Click Profile in the top navigation menu to view your account page, where your UR ID is displayed.
How to View Account Information
You can view your account information, including your verified full name, registered address, bank account details, and wallet addresses.
- UR App: Tap the Profile icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen, then select Account Details.
- UR Web: Click Profile in the top navigation menu to access your account details.
How to Download Your Account Statement
You can download your account statement at any time from the UR App or UR Web. Before exporting your statement, you can customize the currencies and date range to suit your reporting needs.
- UR App: Tap the Profile icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen, then select Account Statement.
- UR Web: Hover over the menu at the top-right corner of the screen, then click Account Statement.

How to Update Your Email Address
You can update the email address associated with your UR account at any time.
- UR App: Tap the Profile icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen, then select Security Settings. Under Sign-in Methods, you can update your email address.
- UR Web: Hover over the menu at the top-right corner of the screen, then click Security & Access. Under Sign-in Methods, you can update your email address.
To help protect your account, the following restrictions will be applied for 24 hours after updating your email address:
- Withdrawals will be restricted.
- Card information will be hidden.
- Additional updates to your primary email address or recovery email address will be restricted.
How to Add a Recovery Email Address
Adding a recovery email address helps you regain access to your account if you lose access to your primary email address.
Please note that you will be required to complete a face liveness scan when adding or updating your recovery email address.
- UR App: Tap the Profile icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen, then select Security Settings. Under Sign-in Methods, you can add or update your recovery email address.
- UR Web: Hover over the menu at the top-right corner of the screen, then click Security & Access. Under Sign-in Methods, you can add or update your recovery email address.
How to Add or Remove Passkeys
Passkeys provide a secure and convenient way to sign in to your UR account without using a password.
- UR App: Tap the Profile icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen, then select Security Settings. Under Sign-in Methods, you can add or remove passkeys.
- UR Web: Hover over the menu at the top-right corner of the screen, then click Security & Access. Under Sign-in Methods, you can add or remove passkeys.
Can I Login with Biometrics on the UR App?
Yes. You can use biometric authentication for faster and more secure access to the UR App.
To enable biometric login:
- Tap the Profile icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Select Account Settings.
- Enable Face ID (facial recognition) or Touch ID (fingerprint authentication), depending on the biometric features supported by your device.
Once enabled, you can use your device's biometric authentication to sign in to the UR App without entering your credentials each time.

How to Close My Account
If you would like to close your UR account, please refer to the Closing Your UR Account article for detailed instructions and important information about the account closure process.
For your security: UR will only contact you from official @ur.app email addresses or through in-app notifications. We will never ask for your password, private keys, or any sensitive credentials via email. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from UR, please do not respond and contact our support team immediately.
